To begin registration, you must first login or create an account using the buttons in the top right corner of this page. Registration is only permitted during "open" times. Clear dates for Registration opening and closing will be communicated on the Home Page and on the Selinsgrove AYSO Region 615 Facebook page. Late registrations will NOT be permitted.

Who can register to play in the Selinsgrove AYSO?

AYSO philosophy #3: Open Registration. Simply put, anyone from anywhere is welcome to sign up for our program.

I have registered my child and it shows that he/she is waitlisted. What does this mean?

If your child upon registering is "waitlisted" initially, they will remain in this status until we have a verified minimum number of players to host a team in that age group. Once the minimum number has been met and we have enough kids to host a team, you will be notified via e-mail that your child has been removed from the waitlist and the FULL balance will be due. You will have 3 days to either pay the balance in full or contact us. Otherwise your place in line may be lost.

Can I request that two siblings in the same age group play together?

Guardians may request this during registration, provided each child is in the same division.

When and where are the games played?

- Playground / Schoolyard program does NOT play games and will not travel
- 6U, 8U & 10U - Saturday games with some travel

Selinsgrove AYSO may play some or all of these regions: Warrior Run, Northumberland, Mifflinburg, Milton, Lewisburg, Mid-West and Line Mountain. Travel to these regions should be expected. Additional regions may be added at the discretion of the Area Commissioners based on regional participation numbers. *** NOTE - Playground / Schoolyard does NOT play games and therefore DOES NOT travel.

When are Practices?

Practice days are usually on either a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday schedule. (Exception is Playground / Schoolyard program which only practices  once a week.) Practice days are specific to the Coach's availability. Practice days and times cannot and will not be announced until the volunteer coach has successfully passed all of the required clearances to coach. Decisions for practice days will be determined by coaching staff and field availability. 

Can my child play in a younger division?

No. Players are not permitted to play in a younger division .

Can my child play in an older division?

Guardians may request that their child play-up at the next higher age group. This request must be made each year and will be considered on an individual basis. All requests should meet the following criteria:

- The player's DOB misses the cutoff for the next division by five months or less at the start of the fall season.
- The player possesses advanced skills and a maturity level commensurate with the next division.
- Moving the player up does not handicap or overload any team rosters within either division.

Each play-up request must be submitted through aysoselinsgrovegmail.com before the end of the registration date.
***Although requested, ASYO Board will provide final approval for moving up players. 

Can I request a particular coach?

No. Players are assigned to teams in an effort to create balanced teams throughout Selinsgrove AYSO.

When are team/individuals photos?

Currently, we work with Tara Lerch Photography for AYSO photos. Photo sessions will be set during a teams' practice time. Your coach will provide you the information once it becomes available. 

Are there any fundraisers?

Although this is not a requirement of participation, opportunities can arise for us to improve the ASYO experience. If you are interested in or have ideas, please reach out via email [email protected] or you can also pass along information through your coach.

What are the registration costs?

The registration fee is $55.00 per player (this includes an annual insurance fee of $20.00).
***The registration fee does NOT include a uniform.

What is a Uniform Kit?

A "uniform kit" consists of one blue jersey, one pair of red shorts and one pair of blue socks. The costs of the jersey kit is $30.00. (Individual pieces of the uniform may be ordered at a reduced cost if the entire uniform is not needed.)

IF YOU NEED TO ORDER a uniform kit or individual pieces of the uniform, please be sure to enter your child's sizes during registration. We will assume that any sizes entered during registration need a uniform kit and we will order them in advance.

Jerseys and shorts run a little big but shorts have a drawstring waist. To save our families some money we do not change uniform colors/styles from year to year. Players may wear the same uniform until they outgrow it. You may order uniforms online during the registration process or purchase them during one of the uniform pickup events.

Can I get a refund?

REFUND POLICY: Once the registration payment has been made, there is no refund. If you have any questions about this, feel free to ask.

Player Reminders:

- Shin guards with socks OVER them, and cleats are needed.
- No jewelry of any kind (earrings, watches etc.)
- Headbands may not be made of any hard material.
- No sunglasses.
- No casts, splits, or braces of any kind.
